Delivery

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered within 10 working days, however it may take up to 28 days should an item not be in stock. On the rare occasion where an item will not be available within 28 days, we will contact you to see if you would like to cancel your order or wait for the product to become available.

Delivery charges start from £7.95 for the UK mainland up to 25kg, then £0.25 per kg over 25kg. This will be calculated automatically in your basket.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and are delivered between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We are unfortunately unable to specify the time that the goods will be delivered. Please ensure that the delivery address can accept and sign for parcels.

As standard, our couriers will deliver to your doorstep. If you require assistance moving the goods inside, it is at the driver’s discretion and any damage to property or product is the responsibility of the customer

International Deliveries

We are happy to deliver anywhere in the world, and deliveries charges for these orders will be calculated automatically in your basket.  Please note that shipment time may take longer to destinations outside of the UK. The responsibility for any import duty and/or taxation will be the reponsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

In the rare event that any items are damaged in transit, please contact our customer services
department on +44 (0)1923 711832 or email sales@life-style.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

If for any other reason, you wish to cancel your order or are unhappy with your goods, please return the goods, along with a completed returns form within 7 days of receiving the goods to:

Providing the returned goods are in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, we will issue a full refund. Any refunds will be issued to the card used when placing the order. The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at the warehouse.
